Neil MacGregor is CEO of Savills Vietnam.
He joined the business in 2001 and has overseen its expansion from 25 employees to more than 3,000 people, making it one of the largest real estate advisory businesses in Viet Nam.
He has also been involved in a number of major real estate investment transactions across the country. Trained in real estate in London, UK, Neil has experience in valuation, investment advisory, commercial property and development consultancy.
In 2019, he completed the Global Executive MBA programme at INSEAD. In Viet Nam, Neil has supported the adoption of real estate technology for market intelligence and property management, including initiatives such as S22M and PropertyCube. He has also contributed to sustainable real estate solutions, with both Savills Vietnam offices achieving LEED Gold certification.
In 2012, Neil was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in recognition of his contribution to the real estate industry. In early 2024, he and the investment team completed a transaction identified as the largest broker-led real estate investment deal in Viet Nam to date.
