With over nine years of experience in Vietnam’s industrial property sector, he leads Savills Vietnam’s Industrial Services teams across Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, delivering strategic advisory and transaction services to developers, investors and multinational occupiers.
His expertise spans Landlord Advisory, Tenant Representation, Strategic Leasing, Investment Brokerage and Sale & Leaseback, with extensive experience in ready-built factory (RBF) leasing and acquisition transactions.
Under his leadership, the HCMC and Hanoi teams have closed nearly 500,000 sq m of leased area and 250,000 sq m of sold area. With deep knowledge of the local industrial market and a strong interest in Industry 4.0, he supports businesses with market entry, expansion and diversification strategies.
He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), holds the RICS Certificate in Property Finance & Investment, and is an EXIN EPI Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP).
