Triac Composites will relocate to a 3,200m2 waterfront factory located the Nha Be River, just 30 minutes’ from District 1, HCMC.

The company moved their operations from Cat Lai to Nha Be immediately after the beginning of the calendar year on 2 January, increasing production capacity across their numerous business lines.

After a two-year search for premises matching specific requirements regarding size and waterfront access, the General Director of Triac Composites, Paul Koch, paid tribute to Savills’ Senior Consultant for Industrial Services, John Campbell, for cementing the agreement between Triac Composites and Unidepot.

“Unidepot’s refurbished factory gives us the option of constructing finished composite products such as boats, building facades and interiors for passenger vehicles on a larger and more professional scale. Also, being located on the river gives us direct access to barges and shipping terminals, if required, which opens up further possibilities”, said Mr Koch.

He added, "Upgrading to a factory of this standard is a very tangible expression of Triac Composites' confidence in Vietnam, our Vietnamese workforce, our current and potential customers - and our gracious landlord, Unidepot, which constructs world-class buildings under Mr. Minh’s leadership”.
