Report directly to Property Manager

  •  Distribute shifts for employees.
  • Assign tasks to each employee on duty.
  • Manage Technical staff including training, monitor and evaluate the work done by employee.
  • Manage technical system in the building; establish prompt operation and maintenance plan comply with the recommendations of the manufacturer and consultants. Make sure the work related to the asset maintenance of the building must be carried out correctly and safely at all times.
  • Planning annual budget for all matters related to building technical operation as: power expense, replacing/ repairing equipment and facilities expense, contractor maintenance expense, expenses for repair and upgrading, etc.
  • Archive material relating to the technical system as well as the complete renovation of the building construction
  • Arrange repair and maintenance task as well as operation services at the behest of the Property Manager
  • Organize regular inspection of building systems to ensure the systems are operating efficiently and maintained properly as standard.
  • Proactively address problems related to technical problems in the operation of the building as well as fire, natural disasters, floods...
  • Participate and inspect building operations including the use of passages, public area , control the building entry/exit, security procedures , fire protection , environmental hygiene , the use the elevator , parking area ,landscape…
  • Well manage documents related to technical system of the building
  • Well cooperate with the relevant departments as well as with local and other parts of the building, assist with any task assigned
  • Track, monitor and handover tenant area include managing the complete interior of tenants
  • Organize closely monitor system about the consumption of electricity, water, gas, oil ... of the building and tenants’
  • Ensure the accuracy of electricity, water consumption recording daily for the building and monthly for tenants, report every week on Friday and aggregate monthly on the 20th month about technical department to Property Manager.


  • University Background in major of M&E


  • At least 3 years working as M&E manager


  • English fluency (able to read and understand technical document), good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, Project)
