Building Executive

Job Title: Building Executive

Line Manager: Property Manager




Building Executive will be responsible to the PM, in charge of all jobs relating to building’s sub contractors including of cleaning, security, tenants conditions & parking arrangements….and to solve daily management office problems & report to PM on any issues at site from time to time.


  • Buildings & Grounds Maintenance that affect normal building operation
  • Provides occupants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns
  • Oversees building security
  • Requests special janitorial services
  • Stays informed of changes to space assignments in their facilities
  • Coordinates department facility related activities and projects
  • Develops and implements facility emergency plans
  • During evacuations, assists emergency response teams in assessing building condition, locating missing personnel, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report to assembly point leaders
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Implement and up-dates new procedure when needed
  • Record and attend to all residents’ complaints, promptly and efficiently


  • Expert in Excel skills
  • Business management
  • Strong understanding of operational duties in property management
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
  • The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information
  • At least 2 year experience in related field
  • Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
  • Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Literacy, for writing reports and presentations
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Creativity, imagination and the ability to use initiative

  • Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
