Job Title: Senior Researcher
Department: Research and Consultancy
Reports to: Head of Research, Hanoi


JOB SCOPE – To ensure all research duties assigned are professionally carried out, including data collection and data base management, supporting implementation of market studies, providing inputs for market survey reports and quarterly market report updates (non exhaustive).




  • Collect data and provide input for quarterly updates for real estate sectors
  • Assist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy service
  • Process data and provide inputs for market research reports
  • Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding the database on real estate market in Vietnam, in the region, as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic factors
  • Assist in maintaining good relationship with clients
  • Keeping abreast with developments in real estate and related fields
  • Assist in producing market presentations and preparing office newsletters and press releases
  • Assist in maintaining good information flow with other departments
  • Feed relevant information to all departments in a timely manner
  • Translation of documents as required


  • Team coordination
  • Liaise with managers and clients to ensure high quality work product is delivered in a timely manner
  • Liaise with and maintain good information flow among peer departments
  • Coordinate information sharing with all departments
  • Helping junior researchers to achieve the common goal

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economic/ Administration/ Accounting
  • At least two years of experience in the same position
  • Strong understanding of market research and market analysis
  • Good experience in data collection and database management
  • English proficiency (both speaking and writing)
