We at Savills look forward to each intern intake and pride ourselves in the dynamic, skilled interns we recruit. With internships available within all of our departments, from Marketing to Valuations, we have an interesting group of interns with diverse interests, backgrounds, and skills. With hands-on experience, real deadlines, mentors, and training, our interns learn new skills and truly get a feel of what working at a large corporation is like. Residential Sales Intern – Le Duc Thanh

“I have been very lucky to be a Savillian for the last three months. During my internship in the International Residential Sales Department, I have been doing the work of an actual salesperson such as finding potential clients, giving advice to customers, and calling potential clients to introduce them to our residential projects. By directly carrying out these tasks, I feel more confident in my soft skills such as communication, negotiation, and in-depth real estate knowledge. I loved taking site tours in Ha Noi and Da Nang because I got to see the variety of high-end residential projects in the Savills portfolio."

“I was excited when I got chosen to be a research intern at Savills. On my first day here, I was greeted with a warm welcome which made me feel like part of the family. Over the last three months, I was constantly amazed by how professional and friendly everyone was. Working in the Research Department has helped me pay attention to detail and has strengthened my analytical and questioning skills. I thoroughly enjoyed the weekly workshops designed for the interns! I found the presentation by Mr Tran Ngoc Duy, Head of the Property Management Department, particularly inspiring as he shared such sincere stories about his career! I also met a lot of knowledgeable, successful, and independent co-workers. I admire them and this will motivate me to work hard on my professional path. As a fresh graduate, I feel so lucky to have started my professional journey at Savills.”

Research Intern – Phan Tien Vuong

"What an experience my internship has been! It has been so humbling to be given so many valuable opportunities during my time at Savills! As I want to be a data analyst, the internship has equipped me with industry experience that school could not offer. I had the chance to work directly with databases, from just a small task like collecting data, to major tasks like visualising and analysing. Ms Khanh, an experienced Data Analyst and Researcher, has guided me throughout my internship. She has been very supportive and taught me advanced Excel and Power BI skills."

"The culture at Savills is dynamic and warm. The staff are always friendly and willing to help each other. For example, the Director of Savills Ha Noi, Mr Matthew Powell, took the time to chat with me and the other interns individually. I did not expect the Head of such a large organisation to interact with us in such a kind way. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to hear different opinions and expand my professional network through the weekly workshops. It was an honour to have Ms Nguyen Hong Van, Associate Director of Valuation and Financial Services as my mentor. During the five one-on-one sessions we had, she gave me incredible and practical tips on how to pursue my career path and enhance my personal development.”
