Services 

Valuations: Independent market assessments using robust methodology to ensure well-supported valuations, which comply to international standards: IVSC, RICS and API. The assessments cover financial reporting, mortgage security, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and joint venturing. 

Feasibility Studies (and Financial Analysis): Reports on the viability of projects and their market-based returns, providing benchmarking across a number of key perfomance indicators: ROI, ROE, NPV, IRR, etc. They identify underperforming components to maximise returns. 

Development Advisory: Balanced cash-flow analsyses to determine absorbtion rates, staging and phasing to optimise developments, with cost benefit analyses on timing, attractors and catalysts to consider infrastructure implementation, plus structuring, financial performance and entity participation. 

Corporate Real Estate: Taking portfolio performance to a best-in-class standard, utilising portfolio analysis to determine hold, buy or sell strategies, and taking into consideration market rent practices, underperforming elements and modern portfolio theory.
