Highest and Best Use Study: Establish maximum returns on assets and minimize risk exposure. Relative returns of components will be modeled to decide the optimal type of development. Detailed financial models will be adopted to fully assess a project’s financial feasibility including IRR, sensitivity analysis, projected income and costs. Phasing, structuring and further development analysis can then be undertaken to ensure success.

Feasibility Study (and financial analysis): Determine the viability of projects and their market based returns. Provide benchmarks across a number of key performance indicators: ROI, ROE, NPV, IRR etc.
Identify underperforming components and maximize returns to their highest and best use

Corporate Real Estate: Benchmark portfolio performance to best in class standards. Portfolio analysis to determine hold, buy or sell strategies. Consider market rent practices, underperforming elements and modern portfolio theory. From any point in the transaction, due diligence services can be provided, whether for peer review of existing assessments or as principal advisor through acquisition or disposal.
