According to Savills, the Hanoi office leasing market has been showing an impressive performance in the first quarter of 2012, especially in the Grade A sector. Grade A office building occupancy was at 71%, up 8% points quarter on quarter while its average rent was at VND 680,000/ sq m/ month, remained unchanged quarter on quarter.
