Savills Vietnam Ltd., – the leading property service provider has been awarded a Golden Dragon Award as “The Best Service Provider” for providing best in class services to developers, investors, construction companies, owners and buyers of real estate in Vietnam. The services include advisory, residential sales, leasing, property management, investment brokerage and advisory, retail consulting, valuation and other professional advisory services. This award was given by Vietnam Economic Times & the Foreign Investment Department under the Ministry of Planning & Investment to honour the success of foreign invested enterprises in Vietnam who have contributed to the Vietnamese economy.

Globally, Savills has been ranked the best Business Superbrand in the Real Estate advisory sector for the fourth consecutive year in the UK.
Business Superbrands has been established for eight years and commissions independent research to identify the UK's leading brands. The survey, conducted by YouGov for Business Brands, is scored by a panel of over 1,500 business professionals.
In terms of overall position, Savills was ranked the highest of all the Real Estate contenders at 134 out of the top 500 Business Superbrands 2010.
