According to the Certificate of Investment that was approved by the government of Vietnam on April 29, 2009, Savills Vietnam has been licensed to establish a trading floor offering broker and valuation services nationwide. While Savills has been licensed to provide these services since 1998, this new license makes Savills Vietnam the first foreign owned firm in Vietnam to receive a nationwide trading floor license.
