Retail Leasing Executive

JOB SCOPE 

To actively seek new tenants and endeavor to maximize the lease done for retails leasing projects in Hanoi (non exhaustive).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working as guidance of Head of Retails to ensure that all documents relating to the Retail Project are prepared and managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Working with Head of Retails to ensure the Department complies with all laws and regulation
  • Undertake the inspections of any properties to be proposed to be leased.
  • Actively seeking new solutions and creating new opportunities.
  • Undertaking site inspection with potential clients/tenants
  • Actively in negotiation on behalf of landlord and tenants
  • Maintain a file system for the completed retails leasing reports.
  • Follow up with the clients on the fee payment and invoicing.
  • Do the marketing of the retails projects as guidance of Head of Retails
  • Assist Head of Retails in preparation of project marketing and rental budgets.
  • Attend training courses as required.
  • Undertake domestic travel as required.

  • Having a strong understanding of Vietnam property market and property market principles
  • Knowledge of market research, construction design concepts and infrastructure.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in University degree –Marketing/ Commercial/ hospitality
  • Proficient in English
  • At least 2 years experience in relevant field
  • Computer skills – Outlook, Word, Excel and the use of the Internet
