JOB SCOPE

The Residential Sales Project Manager’s role is to lead, develop and oversee the residential sales project and to ensure all sales duties are professionally carried out

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Undertake the inspections of any properties to be proposed to be for sale.
  • Actively seeking new solutions and creating new opportunities maintain a file system for the completed sales reports.
  • Manage, coordinate and review activities in sales in general
  • Confer or consult with marketing manager and department head to plan advertising for project.
  • Creating a good and professional impression for project to potential buyers.
  • Endeavor to lead the team for achieving all budgeted sales target.
  • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
  • Creating a good and professional relationship with the developer
  • Advise developer (if needed) on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
  • Be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Following up payment process of the entire project.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Other duties may arise from time to time subject to the assignment of the department head

PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL EXPECTATIONS:

Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of real estate situation in Vietnam
  • Knowledge and extensive understanding of company policy/procedures required to successfully perform the Sales Manager’s role.

  • High close rate ability

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economic/ Hotel managment
  • 1-2 years experience is preferred.
