  • Marketing Executive will be involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote Savills Vietnam’s comprehensive services in real estate industry.
  • It is a varied role that includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research.
  • Under the guidance and instruction of the National Head of Marcom, this person is enabling to maximize the impact and the reputation of the company through the use of a range of media.


  • Work closely with colleagues and company business line leaders and strong ties with Savills offices in Vietnam to update the company activities and understand the company’s objectives and business strategies
  • Combine creative thinking with factual analysis to develop appropriate strategies in order to ensure the tactical campaigns reach the company target audiences as effectively as possible
  • Liaise with the company business line leaders and with guidance of the National Head of Marcom to develop marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Recommend the line supervisor the best form of media for specific projects and campaigns as well as the most effective time spans and locations; presenting proposals, with media and cost schedules for final decision
  • Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour and media habits
  • Build and maintain the relationships and contacts with new media tools and owners (websites, blogs, KOLs)
  • Cooperate with internal designer and the company business line leaders to prepare the company brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs; supervise the quality of these products and arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Support digital marketing team in writing and proofreading copy; as well as maintaining and updating customer databases

  • At least 2 year experience in related field
