Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant
Department: Residential Sales
Reports functionally to: Project Sales Manager
Reports administrative report to: Director, Residential Sales

 

JOB SCOPE – To actively seek new buyers and endeavor to maximize the residential sales; to ensure the commercial success of a diverse range of company’s sales projects in Vietnam market; to involve with identifying new markets and business opportunities (non exhaustive).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Project Sales Manager to ensure that all documents relating to the sales are prepared and managed in accordance with company policies & procedures
  • Liaise with clients to obtain all necessary documentation to provide proposals
  • Participating in, and promoting the sharing of knowledge
  • Actively seeking new solutions and creating new opportunities maintain a file system for the completed sales reports
  • Creating a good and professional impression for project to potential buyers
  • Proactive looking for potential buyers
  • Regular contact and following on buyer information
  • Persuading potential buyers to buy product
  • Preparing necessary documents for completing the contract
  • Following up payment process
  • Undertake domestic travel as required
  • Meet all buyers/clients and ensure they are aware of Savills and our services
  • Coordinate client’s requirements to all departments for proposals
  • Organize and record all projects, including target projects
  • Assisting the Project Sales Manager in liaising with the department’s staff and with regard to sales issues. Attend training courses as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in University degree –Marketing/ Commercial/ hospitality
  • Proficient in English
  • Computer skills – Outlook, Word, Excel and the use of the Internet
  • At least 2 years experience in relevant field
