Job Title: Residential Leasing Consultant

Reports functionally to: Head of Department


JOB SCOPE - The role of a Residential Leasing Consultant is to reach monthly revenue and activity targets by securing successful commercial leasing transactions on behalf of tenants and/or landlords. The Residential Leasing Consultant must also endeavor to enrich the database of residential landlords and tenants, match their requirements and close the leases as much as possible.



1. Leasing

  • Seek for potential tenants and leasing sources in multiple channels
  • Convert phone calls to tours, property tours to leases and internet leads to tours and/or leases
  • Actively canvass the residential tenants to clarify their requirements and promote the Savills leasing portfolio
  • Endeavor to match tenants’ requirements with existing vacant properties
  • Conduct the entire leasing process including site inspections, leasing proposal, negotiation and close the lease
  • Work with the Department Head to ensure that all documents relating to the lease are well-prepared and managed in accordance with Vietnam laws and company policies
  • Support Marketing Team on advertising activities of leasing projects

2. Resident relations

  • Build up and keep frequent contact with both residential landlords and tenants to ensure their future vacant property and needs
  • Manage and resolve both landlords and tenants’ concerns

3. Training and updates

  • Training and updates
  • Attend training courses as required
  • Actively update about the real estate market in Vietnam to the highest possible standard

  • Bachelor/Master Degree (majoring in Marketing/ Commercial/ Hospitality is preferred)
  • Proficient use of office software (word, excel, power point)
  • Fair knowledge of Hanoi residential markets, sub-markets and individual properties
  • Experiences in Hospitality, Car, Insurance, Health & Fitness industry is an asset
