Job Title: Marketing Manager
Department: Residential Sales
Reports Functionally To: Head of Sales/ Head of Marketing & CC

 

JOB SCOPE – leading the team to promote the Residential Projects Develop and Conceptualize Brand Development and Awareness Campaigns for implementation in the different countries.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • to be responsible for making details of marketing plan/activation for each project on timing and budgeting
  • to execute the project’s marketing campaign and marketing material toward project’s target group needs
  • to update and maintain the database of consumers and business in collaborating with project team for various projects
  • to prepare and do SB (studio brief) as well as to follow up with the Creative Division for the good marketing material design/ result in a given time
  • to execute, monitor and evaluate all PR activities and Advertising measures
  • to collaborate with Creative Division in sourcing suppliers of artwork productions
  • to ensure an effective working relationships within the Agency Department in order to promote a commitment to well defined and agreed marketing activities, that result in:
    • Execution of marketing campaign in accordance with the timeline and keep all related persons updated and aligned
    • Coordination of PR and sales events planning and execution support that includes the collaboration with PR agency, Ads agency, Journalists…
    • Building and maintaining of marketing database
    • Coordination with Cooperate Communication Manager regarding the PR activities and all kinds of advertising measures (newspaper, media, website etc)
 

Education

  • Bachelor degree
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Advertising preferred

Communication skill

  • Good communication both English and Vietnamese

PC skill

  • Good computer skill (word, excel, access, Powerpoint, Adobe)

Experience

  • At least 3 years

  • 25-35
