POSITION OVERVIEW – The Team Leader of IRS is in charge of managing selected sales agent, selling a company’s products/services to customers within a particular area or location to achieve department targets.



1. Sales Target:

  • Achieve self target and support other sales consultants’ sales target which will be assigned by head of International Residential Sales.
  • Maximize customer data base including: finding new customers, follow up with existing customers, or refer clients from different MKT channels… Focusing on international buyers as target buyers
  • Following customers with before sales, and after sales services such as :
    • To be able to present customers real estate and products/ services to be provided to clients
    • Assist clients to Complete all agreements related to sales and purchase proceeds
    • Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints
    • Able to provide clients with after sales services : such as leasing, property management
  • Attending Sales events ( overseas & local events) if requested : ensure target of invitation guest, target of sales for each campaign as informed by line managers
  • Attending any sales campaign or activities as requested

2. Training & Knowledge Improvement:

  • Motivate their agents to close sales
  • Managers develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, soft skills, sales skills and complete paperwork for the sale.
  • Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve
  • Occasionally they attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry
  • Work with employees in the field regularly to ensure their success by continually evaluating performance, coaching and providing both positive and constructive feedback as well as tips and tools for improvement
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding progress, and recommend changes that would improve the effectiveness of achieving both quality and quantity objectives in the market
  • Support Head of IRS for cross training courses : HN/ DN/ HCMC
  • Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development

3. Business development:

  • Proactive working with corperate agencies oversea to promote business ( include Savills oversea offices and others), under plan of head of IRS
  • Active working on Sales events (overseas & local events) if requested : ensure target of invitation guest, target of sales for each campaign
  • Support Head of IRS to develop National IRS Department : expand business to Ha Noi and Da Nang

4. Reporting:

  • Responsible for reporting head of IRS daily, weekly, monthly as required



  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
  • Business management

Communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

PC skills

  • The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information


  • At least 2 years experience in related field


  • English language is a must
  • Preferable : Chinese, Japanese, Korean
