Reports Functionally To: Head of International Sales
Location: Ha Noi/ Da Nang/ Ho Chi Minh


POSITION OVERVIEW – The residential sales representative is in charge of selling a company’s products/services to customers within a particular area or location.



1. Sales Target:

  • Archive target of each sales person which will be assigned by head of International Residential Sales
  • Maximize customer data base including: finding new customers, follow up with existing customers, or referral clients from different MKT channels… Focusing on international buyers as target buyers
  • Following customers with before sales, and after sales services such as:
    • To be able to present customers real estate and products/ services to be provided to clients
    • Assist clients to Completes all agreements related to sales and purchase proceed
    • Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints
    • Able to provide clients with after sales services : such as leasing, property management
  • Attending Sales events ( overseas & local events) if requested : ensure target of invitation guest, target of sales for each campaign as informed by line managers
  • Attending any sales campaign or activities as requested.

2. Training & Knowledge Improvement:

  • Knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques
  • Knowledgeable of current market conditions
  • Thorough knowledge of sales terms, specifications and all community policies
  • Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development

3. Reporting:

  • Responsible for reporting to line manager, head of IRS daily, weekly, monthly as required
  • Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information

4. Others:

  • Responsible for maintaining work areas and office in clean and orderly manner; need to have an awareness of the “curb appeal” of the property
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • And anything else that the Head of IRS feels falls into the Sales Consultant’s job description
  • Working with other team member as teamwork



  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
  • Business management

  • Hospitality

Communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

PC skills

  • The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information


  • At least 1 year experience in related field


  • English language is a must
  • Preferable : Chinese, Japanese, Korean
