Job Title: Senior Manager, Danang
Department: Residential Sales, Hanoi
Reports to: Head of Sales/ Branch Director

 

JOB SCOPE – the Senior Manager takes the roles of branch management and business development. He/She will lead, manage and monitor the regional Residential Sales team in Danang and develop business opportunities across the company’s full range of real estate services; the Senior Manager will primarily work with property developers and investors. He/She will be professional, impeccably presented, experienced at dealing at senior levels in Vietnamese and international businesses and familiar with international business practices and standards.

 

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Coordinate with Dept Head to chase and win the new projects with completed legal process and papers
  • Initial the sales strategy, plan, clients’ objective, marketing campaign, human resource for the new projects
  • Lead, train and monitor all sales staff across all projects undertaken by the sales team in Danang
  • Promote Savills services in respect to, but not limited to project sales services
  • Provide periodic status reports to Dept Head
  • Participating in, and promoting the sharing of knowledge, market information and professional standards within the sales department
  • Ensure the Sales team in Danang complies with all laws related country’s law requirements
  • Actively seeking new solutions and creating new business opportunities for the Sales Department
  • Recruit, select, and train the sales staff for Sales Department; monitor work performance in accordance with Department and Company goals and objectives; ensure compliance of staff with established Company policies and procedures
  • Evaluate the performance of sales staff at senior level on quarterly basis and during the yearly departmental evaluation process
  • Serve as primary personal counseling resource for staff in dealing with specific problems including conflicts, personal problems, diversity issues, and other concerns
  • Participate in the overall planning and management of the sales department and provide input in the development of policies and procedures. Participation on task forces, and group goal planning and objective setting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in University degree –Marketing/ Commercial/ hospitality
  • Proficient in English
  • Computer skills – Outlook, Word, Excel and the use of the Internet
  • Experience in relevant field is preferable
