Job Title: Leasing Consultant (Commercial and Residential)

Reports functionally to: Head of Leasing and/or GM, Danang


Position Overview:

The Leasing Consultant should has ability to match the client’s needs with the vacant properties in commercial (office, shop house, residential) and endeavor to close the deals as quick as possible and in professional manner.

The Leasing Consultant must be a self-motivated team member willing to work in a close knit environment and exchange information between other members and colleagues.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Update and develop a qualified client database via email, cold call, contact in person, net working etc in order to know both their existing and future needs
  • Well maintain and enrich the existing database of the landlords and developers and ensure any of their properties’ vacancies are taken care
  • Carry out the entire leasing process: well acknowledge of the Client’s need, site inspection, site visit with client, proposal preparation, lease negotiation, closing deal, following up the fee payment etc
  • Draft and prepare all documents in relation to the leasing process such as: leasing proposals, Letters of Intent, Leases, Appendix, Fee Agreements, Co-Broker Agreements, Referral Agreements, Listing Agreements etc
  • Ability to identify the business opportunities and report to the Head of Department for further actions
  • Conduct local market analysis for existing inventory and competitive properties to ensure accurate marketing and competitive pricing with regards to market rent, tenant improvements, rental abatement, etc
  • Learn and update all information in relation to real estate market (trends, existing condition, rent, supplier and demand etc) from all sources and be enable to provide the accurate information to clients or developers when requires
  • Have basic understanding the legal information in relation to real estate and be able to advice and give recommendation to Clients
  • Assist Marketing team in any of the leasing campaigns
  • Attend weekly department meetings to discuss and exchange information of the existing vacancies, client database, prospect list etc
  • Prepare and present quarterly and monthly prospect reports to the Head of Department
  • Set personal goal at the beginning of each year and review with Head of Department by quarterly/ Bi-annually and annually
  • Ensure to follow the policies and procedures of the Company and Department

  • A corporate, polished and professional presentation
  • Be currently working in an office leasing position
  • Strong negotiation and financial ability
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a commercial leasing, property management of financial field
  • Tertiary education in a property or financial discipline would be an advantage
  • A strong network within the Danang market
