JOB SCOPE 

To assist the Valuations Manager by undertaking general valuation reports and market research for residential property in Hanoi; ensure all assigned valuations duties are professionally carried out (non exhaustive)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Take direct instruction from the Valuations Manager and/or National Director
  • Liaise with clients to obtain all necessary documentation to undertake valuations
  • Liaise with clients and property owners to arrange property inspections
  • Collect market research of comparable evidence for valuation purposes
  • Maintain a data base of property evidence and relevant research
  • Undertake the inspections of any properties to be valued
  • Complete a draft valuation report in the required format in English
  • Maintain a file system for the completed valuation reports
  • Submit all reports to the Valuations Manager and/or National Director within the agreed timeframe
  • Attend training courses as required
  • Undertake domestic travel as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economic/ Banking/ Accounting
  • Good experience in data collection and database management
  • Proficient in English
