JOB SCOPE
To ensure all research duties assigned are professionally carried out, including data collection and data base management, management and implementation of market studies, writing market survey reports and quarterly market report updates (non exhaustive).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research
- Collect data and produce quarterly updates for real estate sectors
- Propose/ prepare technical solutions to undertake market research/ consultant requests from clients
- Plan and implement market research and consultant assignments
- Write, edit, and create research reports
- Maintain, update, reorganize and expand on real estate market and economic indicator databases
- Monitor and analyze property market and macroeconomic developments
- Identify new areas and initiate new products for research
- Produce and deliver market presentations, prepare office newsletters and press releases
Coordination
- Manage team work and team coordination
- Liaise with managers and clients to ensure high quality work product is delivered in a timely manner
- Liaise with and maintain good information flow among peer departments
- Coordinate information sharing with all departments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least two years working in the same position
- Proficient in English and other languages ( preferable)
- Obtain and maintains a minimum B pass in all English test
- Has had minimum 2.5 years constant employment at Savills
- Has had the written confirmation of obtaining level 1 status from both National and Association Directions ( see form level 1 application)
- Achieve minimum CPD points of 12
