Residential Leasing Executive                                                                                       

JOB SCOPE 

To assist Associate Director (AD) of Leasing Department with finding prospective tenants and secure the most appropriate tenants for our projects in a respectable and professional manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting the AD with marketing current projects.
• Assisting the AD with contacting prospective tenants.
• Initiative searching potential client, negotiating, send offer, close deals.
• Ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the projects that they are representing.
• Conducting site visits on a regular basis with the aim of promoting the project and stimulating greater interest.
• Understanding clients and their needs, listening to feedback, building trust and respect, in order to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Seeing the bigger picture and not concentrating only on individual deals.
• Ensuring that the department’s data-base is updated on a daily basis.
• Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Projecting a respectable image of Savills Vietnam and our clients at all times.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• Strong understanding of the real estate market, office/apartment for lease
• Sales & Marketing background, at least 2 years experience
• Attention to details and results-driven
• Computer literacy, with good MS PowerPoint, Excel skills
• Excellent translation skills – verbal and written
• Ability to interact with various cultures and all levels of management in a multinational environment.
• Ability to analyze / solve problems in a fast paced environment
• Ability to make educated decisions on the spot
• Multi tasking capabilities to accommodate a multi-unit organization.
• Confident, out-going and well presented 

Required Work Experience
• Experience working in a real-estate oriented environment
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
Travel Requirements
• Daily site visits around Ho Chi Minh
Required Languages
• Proficient in English – (Japanese, Chinese and French is an advantage)
Preferred Age Range
• From 24 - 30
