JOB SCOPE 

The role of the Customer Service Assistant is to provide superior service to visitors to Crescent Mall, supporting Centre Management in delivering the key objective of optimising each visitors experience at Crescent Mall. Committed, motivated and passionate about customer service, each Customer Service Assistant has a crucial role to play in the enhancement of positive shopper sentiment, delivering customer service in an exceptional and timely manner. The Customer Service Assistant will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The role requires a person who is exceedingly well organised, flexible, and be able to communicate to a broad range of clientele with varied needs. The Customer Service Assistant always projects a professional image, whether through in-person, by email or phone interaction.  

Reporting to: Retail Manager

Work place: Crescent Plaza, District 7, HCMC. 

 

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

The Customer Service Assistant must have:

  • Previous customer service / reception or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate to a broad range of visitors in a pleasant, friendly manner
  • Cash Handling Experience
  • Fast and accurate typing skills to at least 50 words per minute, with the ability to maintain a high level of both accuracy and confidentiality concerning all activities within the Centre Management Office and beyond
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in both Vietnamese and English to an advanced level
  • Proficiency on software programmes including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to learn and become proficient in further computer based packages
  • Impeccable telephone manner, articulate and polite at all times
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
  • Sound experience working in a customer-focused and fast-paced professional environment
  • Must be flexible, being able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
