Associate Director of Financial Analyst

JOB SCOPE
To manage the team and ensure all valuation duties assigned are professionally carried out, including market research for residential property and undertaking valuation reports and will undertake and supervise all financial modeling.
Reporting to: National Director of Valuation and Research

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the team and coordinate teamwork.
- Prepare and follow up on all reports and liaise with other departments affectively to issue on a timely basis
- Identify training needs and building capacity for valuation staff
- Supervise data collection, sales evidences and producing updates of database
- Plan and implement department business plan
- Undertake site inspections of any property to be valued
- Undertake development recommendations
- Undertake client-specific market studies
- Analyze legal issues pertaining to the property market
- Liaise with clients to obtain all necessary documentation to undertake valuations
- Liaise with clients at all levels when preparing and issuing proposals
- Editing and checking reports
- Maintain a data base of property evidence and relevant research
- Submit all reports to the National Director within the agreed timeframe
- Maintain a file system for the completed valuation reports
- Keep abreast with developments in real estate and related fields
- Identify new reports and new areas of valuation services
- Produce presentations and prepare office newsletters and press releases
- Other duties as required from time-to-time by the National Director
- Prepare for the National Director a weekly report on the performance of your department
- Prepare and train in financial modeling and have experience with 1 or more financial models

Required qualifications and Experience:
- Vietnamese citizen, male is preferable, over 35 years-old
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/ Banking/ Economic/ Business Administration/Accounting & Auditing
- At least 4 years working in the same or similar position
- Good experience in data collection and database management
- Proficient in English and other languages (preferable)
- Your business strategy and goals are clear
- You are a competent financial analyst and can provide detailed analysis of land and development
