Savills Vietnam Named Best Real Estate Agency In Asia Pacific

SAVILLS VIETNAM TAKES HOME 7 AWARDS AT PRESTIGIOUS ASIA PACIFIC PROPERTY AWARDS 2011

Savills Vietnam has triumphed again in the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards 2011. With even more competition this year for these highly coveted property awards both in Vietnam and regionally, Savills Vietnam came away as winners of seven awards. This follows from the 2010 awards where Savills took home 3 awards.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2011 in association with Bloomberg Television have announced the winners at the Awards Gala Dinner held at Longemont Hotel in Shanghai, China. Savills Vietnam is delighted to win 7 awards. Savills Vietnam is very proud to announce that we won 3 region wide awards and 4 country wide awards for 2011. These awards are as follows:

The judging panel is chaired by Lord Bates of Langbaurgh and consists of more than 60 professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is unsurpassed by any other property awards. This year’s judges include James Bacon, UK account manager of Google; Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property professionals; David Dalby of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); and Mike McNamara of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

Asia Property Awards is part of the long established International Property Awards and its award winners’ logo is recognized as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry. Later this year, the highest scoring winners from the Asia Pacific Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Europe, Africa, the Americas and Arabia to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category. The Asia Pacific region has an enviable record of achievement at international level, having scooped seven World’s Best awards in the finals of both 2009 and 2010. No doubt the property industry will be watching and waiting to see if this record number of international wins can be matched or even beaten in 2011.
