Using our long term experience working with clients looking for premises and our previous market surveys, we work with your architects to establish the most appropriate designs, taking into account occupiers needs and expectations while simplifying future management and operations and maximizing income. Since we are usually at the front line of leasing it makes sense that we are involved in the initial design phase of any project.

We are not architects and cannot do the job of architects. We can assist your architect to design a commercially viable building. We will help the developer to decide on building specifications, including mechanical and electrical equipment, preparation of space for leasing, interior decoration and provision of facilities.
 
A well-designed building will be more efficient, will produce a higher income and will be less expensive to operate giving you a greater profit.
