Savills Vietnam are the leading international firm of real estate valuers. We have undertaken numerous valuations on behalf of governments, World Bank, investment funds, joint venture companies and private owners. We have held training seminars to the Government Pricing Committee and our valuations have been accepted during negotiations for the sale of diplomatic land, at court hearings, and other property disputes.
We have a wide range of experience in valuing many types of assets including offices, apartment buildings, hotels, land, golf courses, industrial premises, Embassy premises, and private houses.
Our mortgage valuation department undertakes valuations on behalf of mortgage lenders.
Feasibility Studies
Savills Vietnam can also offer in-depth financial feasibility studies using detailed financial models, as well as the team’s collective experience in the field, all geared towards reducing potential risks for the client.
We undertake detailed financial feasibility studies for development projects in all sectors. Feasibility studies may be used for analysis of the most feasible development mix, cash-flow projections, raising finance, reporting to head office investment committee, comparison of development opportunities, or purchase of vacant land for development.
At Savills Vietnam, we have developed our own financial analysis model which takes into account the peculiarities of property development in Vietnam. Not only do we assess the potential income and operation costs of the development, we also project income, balance sheet and cash-flow statements taking into account depreciation, loans, carried forward losses and tax.
Finance
We have good contacts with local and foreign banks and other lenders and will be able to assist you in seeking loan funding. Our market studies and feasibility report will be an essential component of this process.
