In 2007 Savills merged with Chesterton Petty Vietnam, the leading real estate consultant in Vietnam since 1995, to form Savills Vietnam. Our vast previous experience and number one position in Vietnam is now supported by one of the world’s leading property advisors. The company has a 100% foreign owned business license issued in October 1998.

Savills Vietnam is by far the largest and most established real estate consulting company in Vietnam with more than 11 years of experience and a staff of over 350 including a large number of qualified expatriate professionals, many of whom have been working in Vietnam for more than 10 years.
