Professional Development

Training and re-training are key elements to the career development within the Savills group in Asia Pacific. In addition to daily mentoring and weekly team meetings, regular seminars, information programmes and skills-development projects are held both in-house and offsite throughout the year.
Many of these involve representatives from our regional offices, enabling an exchange of views and expertise, sharing of problems and development of regional solutions.

Further Education

The company recognises the importance of professional qualifications and assists staff with the acquisition of these qualifications where required. We also assist staff to qualify for membership of relevant professional bodies.
